We all know that health is very important But often do not have to implement a healthy life, just like me, haha actually I am a beauty therapist before I study in NAFA, so I think the purpose of slimming and lose weight is became a healthy. of cause we will using machine to help our customers slmming, but if they want a good result the most important is must control their appetite which call diet. but diet do not represent a healthy behavior,because most people have the wrong to go on a diet.

 

 

 

 

 

Some people will think I want be slim so I no eating dinner .That's wrong, not to say that can't eat in the night.Just might eat less starch class Because it is three hours before bedtime is best not to eat because bad to the body.
                                               
And maybe some people only eat fruit for whole day.This is the wrong behavior Because it takes strength to the human body And the fruit sugar is quite high So if we all day to eat only fruit our body cannot load. In fact, if you want a healthy body or in your diet, as long as eating food pyramid so you can have very good effect, although the effect  taking a longer time, but this is also the most healthy diet right.
                                                   

if you want be healthy, the thing you must do is exercise,When our customers accept our therapy, we will suggest customer to do some exercise,like  running, yoga or dance is a good method to slim. And my customers also had recommended me yoga.yoga also can help you relax and it may call for specific breathing techniques.some yoga style use meditation techniques that help clam your mind.
                       


Except this two point,our habit is also important.If we Lack of sleep or use too many electronic products that also will health hazard.and how much do we really need? if the 3-6 years old child they have to sleep 10 to 12 hours.For average adult needs between 7.5-8 hours of sleep per night.And almost people will using mobile phone o any electronic product before sleep,this addition is bad for your eyes will aso lead to insomnia or affect sleep.
                              

How can I teach my customers often food how to take care of the body But only a few I really do it. I think this should be a source Why modern threatened the health of young people.

Every morning doing some exercise  to enhance mental strength and using 10 minutes to think about those things that you are grateful for, and about yourself, family, friends, and all the things you are grateful for life career, and then think about in your life what you want to be.

I think everything happen have a reason,just like those achiever,their always think positive and change.That's why they can suceed.

My Favourite Designer

Hmm...Actaully i have many learning objects and designer,because i don't think that i want to be a fashion design so i only can limit in fashion designer.I also like some graphic designer,because i think as a designer no matter your industry are fashion or fine art or anything else,anything and everything can be our idea and design.But now,I want to introduce the most and first fashion designer that i like.

what do you think fashion?i always ask myself,for me fashion is a thing or a method that can make you happy and confident,when you wear a suitable cloth you will feel good a day.Once have many people told me that,design is really hard to go,but nowadays more and more people care about his/her appearance,i think every industry is hard,nothing can get easy because you have to give up something.Just like COCO CHANEL.

But now Chanel is also a the best select for people,i really worship about her courange and insight,she is really succeed in her life.Her style is always simple and brief until now.Someone ask about where is her inspiration from,she said love.For her birth,maybe have a lot of people say she's so pitiful,but she did.As a women,i think she is one of the suceed designer.she also is my study object,i hope i have her courange to continue and suceed to open a clothing design company becuase it's my final dream like Coco Chanel.

Time flies~~~~~~~~
we are going to enter the fourth week already,it's really fast!!!
but I think we seem to have known and familiar with this enviroment.
we never know each other,and now we are a really good partner.
we all from different country and using different languages,
but we meet at NAFA,maybe using the languages which not familiar for us,but we also can communicate finally become a best friend,I think it's because we have the same hobby,same DREAM.

In this 3 weeks,I really really learn alot with all lecturer,and i think all lecturer have a different ways of teaching but also have a same objective,to make us became more Valuable.

before i entering to NAFA,i told myself that i must strive to,but after i entering,I realise that art is not only hardworking or strive,IS need to keep going.
One of the lecturer says,I don't know if i have mistaken,maybe is creative thinking lecturer says,when you when you are enter the design work sometime you don't sleep,or maybe sometime you don't have holiday.In my words,I think when you are doing what you are really like,that is nothing can stop you,even if you have no sleep,i think this is our responsibility and principle.

that is a question before i enter NAFA,and also Hunn Wai asking question,
What value I am,What value I want to inject to my mind,
actually I want to become a fashion designer for a long time,around 4years?
When i have this dream,many people advise me don't choose this subject .......
sometime I really think I was too insist in this dream,i order to this dream i planning to work one year to earn the tuition free.
A year later,although not enough but i entered the first step,
I believe that without some sort of answer to this question,Just like people do not have a certain idea will over time been to grow.And now I think my value is adhere to the dream,and I want people who wearing my design will confident,brave,and chage the mood of a day.

I am imperfect,but when I doing a design,i will think this the last time i work,so i have really concentrative and to make a good work.Even if i am doing not very good but atleast i am no sorry myself.

My journey

This is my first time write a long sentiment in English,hehe,actually I am not good in English,but I am learning now
The journey in this time actually i have been to before.But this time i noticed something very special and creative.i really think sentosa change soon,every time there are special and new things.

Sometimes,photos and our view at the time is different.so i  like to use photographs of my world. 

This is a very long feature pool,this design using the colour and different shape to create vision,look very ordinary but actually put these elements together really becomes an art and creative pool.if you have to be here,sure to take a picture,i think maybe we hve a lot of things in life that could be turned into a unique design,just like this simple shape and colour can be create a wonderful thing in our life.
